Marsha has hit another home run with Summer’s End. Her charming and authentic style, sincerity and love of Maine shows through and creates a wonderful easy read with another satisfying ending. Never thought I would get into books with a “quilting” angle, but she has created compelling characters, fun banter, and just enough suspense to keep us turning the pages beyond bedtime. Well done!
I recommend this book if you are holding on to guilt, if you are holding grudges against someone you feel as wronged you. Everyone needs to forgive and be forgiven at some point. I cried, was surprised during this book but it was well worth my time. I am looking forward to the next book. Happy reading.
