After spending more than thirty years working behind the scenes in publishing, she finally sat down to finish the novel she’d been carrying in her heart for more than a decade. One book quickly became several, and what began as a retirement project turned into an unexpected second career.

Today, Marsha writes the Cozy Quilts Club Mysteries, a paranormal cozy mystery series set in small-town Maine; the Destiny Inn novels, stories filled with nostalgia, healing, and quiet wonder; and the Seasons of the Heart series, later-in-life romances centered on love, reinvention, and second chances.

Her stories blend mystery, friendship, second chances, and a touch of the unexpected, inviting readers into worlds where ordinary lives often hold extraordinary possibilities.

When she isn’t writing, she can usually be found quilting, experimenting with new fiber arts projects, drinking coffee while staring at story notes she swears are organized, or splitting her time between the rugged beauty of New England and the desert landscapes of Arizona.

She believes stories—like quilts—are made one piece at a time.
